By signing up for Meesaq Islamic Academy or registering your child, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions as set out.

Class Recording

All the classes have to be recorded for the purpose of ensuring the quality of services rendered. If you don’t want class recordings to take place, please let us know ahead of time. This is also discussed in our privacy policy.

Trial Classes & Payment

After free trial classes, the participant has to provide the decision whether to proceed with the program or not. If you decide to go forward, then you need to pay the fees in advance every month. Classes will be conducted as follows: during the previous month’s last week at the end of each month.

Class Reservation

In cases where you wish to hold classes and wish to continue with the same teacher at the same period, each student will be charged a full month fee at a reservation rate equal to full monthly fee per student.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. Meesaq The Islamic Academy shall have the right to amend these terms at its discretion, and such amendments will be effective from the time posted on our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services Provided

MEESAQ The Islamic Academy provides online Islamic education in the form of Quranic studies, Tajweed courses, and general Islamic teachings. All services are available subject to change, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. User Eligibility

Our services are open to all who seek Islamic education. By registering, you agree that you fulfill the following conditions:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.
You provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree to abide by our policies and procedures.

4. Account Responsibilities

You will keep your account information, including passwords, confidential and for all uses occurring under your account. MEESAQ The Islamic Academy will not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account. You will immediately notify us if you become aware of or believe there may be a security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Class Policies

Class Timetabling: Classes will be held according to the agreed schedule. Any change must be communicated in advance.
Recording of Classes: All classes are recorded for quality assurance and review purposes. If you wish to opt out of recordings, please notify us in writing before the classes begin.
Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Absences without prior notice will not be eligible for make-up classes, unless agreed upon by the teacher.
Trial Classes: Trial classes are free of charge. Following the trial classes, users will have to determine whether they will enroll and make advance payments in order to proceed.

6. Payments and Fees

Advance Payments: All charges must be made in advance for each month prior to the month of service.
Overdue Payments: Payments made more than seven days after the due date will incur suspension of service until the dues are paid.
Reservation Fee : A holding fee for your desired time of day or student will be exactly the same full monthly fee rate.
Refund Policy: These fees are absolutely non-refundable unless in writing otherwise.

7. Code of Conduct

Users are held to a civil and respectful mode of interaction on tutors, other staff, or fellow students as well. And harassment, maltreatment, disrupting will lead toward cancellation of such services without prior refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All the contents of MEESAQ The Islamic Academy including the course materials, recordings, and resources are the property of the academy. You do not reproduce, distribute, or transmit these materials without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, MEESAQ The Islamic Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to our services at our discretion for violations of these Terms of Use or any other policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the region in which MEESAQ The Islamic Academy operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or arbitration.
